You may be eligible if you are 18 or older, were assigned female at birth, have been clinically diagnosed with autism, are fluent in English, and have both an autistic and a non-autistic adult friend (each assigned female at birth). The pre-screening form will confirm your eligibility.
The pre-screening takes only a few minutes. If you are eligible, the main part is a single recorded interview of approximately 60 minutes, conducted online via Microsoft Teams at a time convenient for you.
Yes. Your participation is confidential and voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time. Full details about how your information is collected, used, and protected are provided in the consent form before you agree to take part.
As a thank-you, participants who complete the study and approve their final interview transcript are entered into a drawing for a $250 Amazon e-gift card.
